As war rages around them, a small group of archaeologists, curators and museum guards fight to save Aleppo's monumental collections during the Syrian conflict. The film addresses the challenges of protecting heritage in the context of a country at war, Syria.
Director Olivier Bourgeois will be present to talk about the genesis and behind-the-scenes of this film. A representative from Bouclier Bleu will also be on hand to tell you about the heritage protection missions carried out by this association.
