Description
Located in the heart of the "Polder d'Erstein", the nature reserve, criss-crossed by numerous streams (or "Giessen"), protects a hardwood forest left to develop freely since 1989. It's home to numerous tree species, some of them remarkably large, imposing lianas and an incomparable density of forest birds!
Binoculars and insect repellent may be useful! Outing subject to cancellation in the event of flooding on the Rhine or adverse weather conditions.
