Description

The history of the Moulin de Hurtigheim began in 1929, here in the heart of the Kochersberg region, also known as the "Granary of Strasbourg". The miller at the time, Monsieur Giess, carried out a series of extensions and transformations, until 1947. The building retained its original appearance and was sold in 1970 to Roger Becker, a miller from the Vosges du Nord region. His two sons, Raoul and Thomas, then managed the family business and the 8 tonnes of wheat crushed daily. Today, it's Etienne Allemann's turn to perpetuate this precious know-how.
