Description
Enjoy snails, bread, potato pancakes, fruit and vegetables, sauerkraut variations, farm produce (poultry, duck, pork) from Ferme Goettelmann, desserts ... and a refreshment bar. In the afternoon, free guided tours of the Maison de la Choucroute - LE PIC, the Niederrott farm and its snail farm will be offered. Signposting will be available, by car or on foot, from one business to the other. From 5.30pm, gourmet market in the school courtyard, rue Ste-Odile. Musical entertainment.
