To be or not to be hip-hop, that is the question! If all you know about hip-hop is that it conjures up images of young people in jogging suits spinning on their heads, it's time to catch up!

Ingrid Chasseur, a slightly pimply lecturer with the false air of a bespectacled bourgeoise, uses the fortuitous presence of 2 dancers to reveal the origins and evolution of this culture: music, graffiti and, above all, dance.

The question of appearances soon arises: is hip-hop a look, an attitude, a philosophy? This funny, playful (true-false) talk challenges preconceived ideas and ends up in a sensitive, poetic universe, illustrating the nuances and complexity of this movement...

And finally, all this... is it hip-hop or not?
