Description
The Lycée Agricole d'Obernai farm devotes 32 ha of its land to growing hops, which are used to flavor beers. It grows in creepers and its cone-shaped flowers contain a yellow powder, lupulin, with a delicious aroma. Learn all about hop growing in Alsace and the Lycée agricole's methanization unit on this tour, guided by the farm manager. Good shoes are recommended.
