Description
Following on from the sauerkraut festival held on September 26 and 27, we're offering an evening with live music under a big top.
From 7pm onwards, enjoy a tasting of the famous choucroute garnie, prepared according to a unique recipe handed down from generation to generation by Krautergersheim chefs, or pâté en croûte.
With the participation of sauerkraut makers Jean-Michel Ades, Angsthelm et fils, Wagner and René Weber et fils.
From late August at 10 a.m., book MEALS HERE
Ticket collection at Maison des Associations, 11 rue du Maréchal Foch mid-September.
