Winemakers and vine growers, the Affolter family welcomes you to their new wine cellar in Rosheim, located on the wine route. Here you can taste their wines, produced and bottled at the estate.
Yves and Christine Affolter, the second generation, cultivate their vines on more than 10 hectares. They cultivate and market all Alsatian grape varieties: Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Auxerrois, Muscat and Sylvaner, which they combine with the production of crémants. All wines are produced on plots located in the Rosheim area.
