Every Thursday morning: 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., except on holidays, when it is moved to Wednesday.
Mentioned in archival documents dating back to 1301, the weekly market in Obernai, held on Thursday mornings, has been in existence for over 700 years. Highly popular among residents of a wide area surrounding Obernai, the market welcomes 127 vendors each week who have a permanent stall, as well as 30 to 40 other vendors who participate in a random drawing every Thursday to determine the allocation of the remaining stalls.
To complement this local selection of fresh, high-quality products, an additional market dedicated to organic products takes place on Saturday mornings.
