The secrets of making stollen
In the bakehouse of the 'Au pain gourmand' bakery, baker Ludovic Schibler offers a demonstration of how to make stollen, a Christmas specialty. Stollen is a dried and candied fruit bread stuffed with almond paste, eaten during Advent and on Christmas Day. Take advantage of the specialist's expert advice to make the perfect cake at home! Each participant will leave with a stollen.
Registration and payment ONLINE HERE or at the tourist office.
Workshop in French, ages 15 and up. A minimum of 10 people must register for the workshop to take place.
