Weekly market - Thursday morning

Obernai has hosted a weekly market on Thursday mornings since the 14th century, and it’s making a comeback in the city center! It has returned to its historic location with the diverse selection of goods for which it is renowned: food items, seasonal fruits and vegetables, artisanal cured meats, cheeses, and bread, as well as clothing, shoes, and accessories.

New hours: to accommodate today’s lifestyles, the market will now be open to the public from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. This extended schedule will allow people working in Obernai—in industrial zones, for example—and the surrounding areas to do their shopping during their lunch break. The Pass'O network also makes it easier to reach the downtown area thanks to a tailored transportation solution.
