Musique Ô Château : le Quatuor Ellius

To open the 2026 season of ‘Musique Ô Château’, make way for the boldness of youth with the Ellius Quartet, a unique ensemble bringing together two euphoniums and two tubas.
Trained at the Haute École des Arts du Rhin, these four musicians have already distinguished themselves in several international competitions, unanimously praised for the precision of their playing and the maturity of their interpretation. Their repertoire, combining finely crafted arrangements and works written especially for this rare ensemble, showcases a sound of astonishing richness. On stage, they display an intense and sensitive presence, driven by a demanding search for sound and a deeply inhabited musicality.
