Since 1997, the Amicale des Donneurs de Sang de Bernardswiller has traditionally organized the Fête de la Saint-Nicolas, with all proceeds going to ICANS for cancer research (since 1997, €98,400 has been donated to ICANS, including €5,400 in 2024).
On the menu: sauerkraut royale with dessert and coffee for €23.
